Garlic chicken zucchini stir-fry

Ingredients

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 medium zucchini's
1 teaspoon olive oil
8 cloves garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
======
Cut the chicken into 1 1/2cm (about 1/2 inch) pieces. Slice the zucchini into thin slices and then cut those slices in half. Chop up the garlic. Heat the oil in a medium sized saucepan and add the garlic and lemon. Add some seasoning to the chicken (or marinate in a sweet and sour sauce) for taste, then add the chicken oil. Add the broth, basil, oregano and lastly the zucchini. Adjust the heat to a slight boil. Remove the pan from the heat when the chicken is cooked.
